My name is Sylvia Taudien, I am from Cologne, Germany, but my home is Barcelona. I am a pure networker, I am generous and very positive. My background is marketing for pharmaceutical and FMCG companies, but for over 25 years my passion has been working with and for people.

In 2003 I founded Advantage Consultores, a boutique executive search firm specialising in International & Digital Headhunting & Executive Coaching.

We have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Nuremberg and Dubai. Together with our team of 18 multilingual consultants, we have built a strong Advantage community and across Europe, specialising in German speaking and Spanish companies.

Since the pandemic, employee engagement has shifted towards humanity and work-life balance.

At Advantage we have responded to this trend by introducing a fully paid 4-day week from January 2021. For the past 2 months, we have been setting up our Dubai office in Media City and have been leveraging our existing clients and experience in headhunting and executive coaching in Dubai and Saudi Arabia to expand in the Middle East and establish good partnerships. We look forward to serving and inspiring the HR community in Dubai.
