PROCIJ was established back in 2015 with a vision of pioneering and leading the coaching industry in Egypt and the Middle East with a specialization in the field of culture transformation and leadership development. Our early presence in the coaching industry in Egypt allowed us to fully understand the market’s needs and develop our services accordingly to best serve our clients. At PROCIJ, we work with entities of different backgrounds and sizes, ranging from startups to large well-established corporations, and even individuals, with a main goal of creating meaningful impact on the human development aspect. To best serve each one of our clients, we customized separate programs each targeting a different sector, including: corporate, entrepreneurial, career, and wellbeing coaching.
