DBWC hosted its first out of a 2-part training workshop exclusive for its members  in collaboration with IEL International and Brunel Business School . The workshop focused on how to build an effective marketing strategy and shed the light on how small businesses can align their marketing with their business strategy.  This module is about developing a strategic approach to marketing, understanding your customer segments, and ensuring the way you communicate and manage relationships is tuned in to the needs and behavior of customers.

The workshop was specifically designed for DBWC members who are Business Owners, Founders, CEO, Senior Directors, Entrepreneurs or Company Partners and focused on the following objectives: Business Model Canvas, innovating to create differentiation, Customer segmentation, Targeting and positioning, Strategic marketing mix and Measuring performance.

Our facilitators Dr. Souad Moahmed Chief Executive Officer IEL International, UK, Dr AINURUL ROSLI, Director of Business Engagement at the Brunel Business School, UK, Andy Sharmais Business Coach. has more than 30 years’ experience of running and managing businesses and Dr Jane Chang is an entrepreneurial mindset practitioner. These facilitators successfully supported over 200 small business owners to navigate uncertainty and craft their growth agenda during Covid pandemic

The second part of the training workshop will take place on June 7 and will involve a Peer to Peer Session for DBWC Members who attended the first session.
