Such figures clearly reflect the growing role of the Program in strengthening the skills and capabilities of businesswomen and female-owned start-ups and increasing their awareness of the need to adapt to the evolving needs in the business environment.

The five-month programme involves a full-fledged and tailor-made professional training program for each mentee to help them improve their skills and capabilities.

“This notable surge in the number of participating mentees is yet another testament to the Program's outstanding reputation as one of the most prominent programs for developing professional and personal skills in the labor market in Dubai and the region,” said H.E Dr. Raja Al Gurg, President of Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC), stressing that the program has managed to enhance the skills and capabilities of the participants to cope with the ever-changing requirements of the business environment.
